Little Slice of Heaven in Sunny Suffolk Well, I’ll have to complain first, my jeans are now far too tight following another trip to this delightful cafe! Honestly, if you are seeking excellent service and delectable food, a visit to Procopio’s Pantry is an absolute must. Breakfast, lunch or just tea and cake, this is the ideal spot for indulgence. I personally love the breakfast option of ‘Baked Eggs’; as it states on the menu, you won’t regret it! The staff could not be more welcoming or accommodating. Afternoon tea I booked afternoon tea for my mum as a mothers day gift, along with my daughter and younger sister, we were not disappointed, beautifully presented afternoon tea, lovely and delicious selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes, lovely staff, thank you so much. Wonderful Gentleman's Afternoon tea I contacted Procopio's Pantry in advance as I wanted to organise a Gentleman's Afternoon Tea as a treat for myself and my partner's birthday on our visit to Bury St Edmunds. They responded straight away and we had everything arranged for the day. They didn't disappoint. The Gentlemen's Afternoon Tea was amazing and so tasty! I particularly enjoyed the cheese scones and pork sliders. It was a fantastic treat and the staff kindly gave us boxes to take home whatever we couldn't finish. Superlative! We visited for the special Mother's Day tea. Everything was exemplary in every way, up to the exceedingly high standards that one expects from Procopios. Family gathering for mums 80th birthday Booked here for afternoon tea for 12 people for my mums 80th birthday .. from booking through to us leaving the service was perfect .. they could not do enough for us .. even down to Peter printing butterflies on all the cookies as i had made a request for butterflies to feature somewhere in the tea .. the food was plentiful and very tasty .. Lovely stop for morning coffee This is such gem! Stopped for morning coffee and homemade carrot cake which was delicious, also lovely to be served with proper china cups and saucers. STUNNING!!!!! Easily the best cafe in Bury St Edmunds. This is without a doubt our new favourite place to go in Bury St Edmunds. We’ve been for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and everything has been 5 stars, absolutely delicious. My all time fave is the warm cinnamon bun with the cream cheese frosting. It’s to die for! The Mother’s Day afternoon tea was stunning, I’ve don’t a lot of afternoon teas, including the Ritz, and this was hands down my favourite one. Every single thing was gorgeous! Best Tea Shop in Bury and Beyond Absolutely love this place! Best tea shop in Bury. The staff are fantastic, they make the whole experience amazing. They’ve put together multiple themed teas specially for a gal group of mine. We went last for Galentines tea, and it was so perfectly themed; everything was delicious. Both sweet and savory, themed drinks (nonalcoholic for the mom-to-be in the group), and we felt like queens. Highly recommend! We even got extra white chocolate raspberry scones to go.
